We went swimming there with my kids and had such a wonderful time. Service was great, we were given towel for each individual swimming. Price was same as we would pay in UK. Only thing is swimming pool water needs more regulation the levels of chemical need to be checked so people don't catch anything.
We would definitely visit again, it's a gorgeous hotel. Thank you

If you're looking to just waste money, then you've found the right place. It's very nice. The staff are great. That's not why I am rating it at three. It's just wasteful, in a city and environment that are in direct need, this is where you go to wave your money in the face if the community. The food is good, but not that good. It speaks volumes that this is where government officials go to stay and eat while those they represent go unattended.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Food is horrible. Staff hardly speaks English and is incompetent with electronics. Low water pressure in the shower. Loud road. Slow internet. Many guests got charged services they did not book.

The rooms are nice and clean, including the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable and the room temperature is ok but not sure it can be adjusted. The shower is a stand-up and really small with not so good water pressure. There's a nice gym with functional equipment and air conditioning. The only downside is the food; it wasn't up to my taste preference. The service overall is really slow and the staff not always so attentive. Every single time I tried to call reception and room service the line just kept ringing with no answer. When I confronted the lady at reception, she said sorry we might have been busy'. Well

Service was ok. Shower took 5 minutes to get hot. Also the shower wasn't really a shower. Room had no aircon. Food was ok. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for food that has been erroneously billed to our room. Its a decent hotel, but I'm not really sure why they are considered a 5 star?

Do not waste your money.. duty manager behavior is not good. Food is horrible. Let you sleep hungry. They made own star.

Did not stay here but instead organised and hosted a workshop here. Facilities were good. Staff helpful. There is a large pool. The restaurant provided a buffet of western and Ethiopian food. The quality was good. The main lobby is attractive and atmospheric.
