  Nice mall with clothing stores and restaurants. Especially Vine restaurant has delicious menus and scenic views.

  I am sure at the time when it was built it was one of the best buildings in Addis Ababa. However today you can count the amount of people in this building.
  
  For those interested you can find clothing stores, a barber ( very clean ), jewellery stores ( quite a few) most of the banks, a restaurant etc.
  
  And there is loads of parking
