  Well,I went to dashen bank tele medhanialem branch and I request to open an account so the banker asked me my identity and tell to wait for five minutes then in between someone calls me and I spoke in tigrigna language because I'm tigrayan and the bankers face dramatically changed and he said the account can't be open today and it may take four to five days to open the account but I asked him why this much time takes to open account but he told me that this is the banks procedure then before I left the branch i just put my comment on the suggestion box but still I didn't get any response from the dashen bank and I really disappointed on dashen bank.

  I can say that Dashen bank is the best bank in Ethiopia. The way they welcome their customers, their service is beyond great. Thank you very much( especially Alem bank Branch)

  I was looking for the Western Union service but they take too long even there was full information and network! So poor service!
