  Extremely Disappointing Experience with DHL Ethiopia
  
  I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the abysmal service provided by DHL Ethiopia. My recent experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my grievances with you and other potential customers.
  
  Approximately ten days ago, I entrusted DHL Ethiopia with the shipment of my [describe the item(s)] from [origin location] to [destination location]. Despite the assurance of timely delivery and efficient service, my expectations were shattered when my shipment encountered numerous issues under your care.
  
  First and foremost, upon arrival at your facility, I was informed that I needed to obtain a government import permit for my shipment to proceed. While I understand the importance of adhering to legal requirements, the lack of communication and assistance from your staff members in facilitating this process was utterly appalling.
  
  Upon completing the necessary tasks to obtain the import permit, I made repeated attempts to contact DHL Ethiopia to inquire about the status of my shipment. However, my calls were met with indifference and negligence. Whenever I managed to reach a staff member, I was promptly transferred to a certain individual whose contact number is 0904***0249.
  
  Unfortunately, my interactions with this individual only added to my frustration. Not only did he fail to answer my calls most of the time, but he also displayed a complete disregard for customer service by frequently switching off his phone or simply ignoring incoming calls.
  
  This level of unprofessionalism and incompetence is utterly unacceptable, especially from a globally recognized firm like DHL. As a customer, I expect reliability, transparency, and accountability from the service providers I choose to engage with. Regrettably, DHL Ethiopia has failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.
  
  In conclusion, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by DHL Ethiopia. The lack of communication, the unresponsiveness of staff members, and the overall inefficiency of your operations have left me thoroughly disillusioned. I strongly urge you to address these systemic issues and take immediate steps to improve the quality of service you offer to your customers.

  Be prepared to wait along time unless you have friends there. Not sure why they have us take numbers vut they take whoever they want.

  DHL Ethiopia is a place one wouldn’t want to go. The most time wasting experience is available here at the cost of your valuable time. People are so slow and careless here. They just play with packing the boxes. Definitely not recommended.

  When you send something that is fragile, all you can do is pray for it to get to its destination in one piece. Because they don't take responsibility if delivered broken and you sign up for that. And it is better to wrap the item yourself before going to DHL if it is fragile. :) Other than that ... Very good service. Fast and safe delivery. The people at the counter are nice. Fair price too.

  I called to this place with the phone number provided on google map to ask for an information, a guy picked up the phone and gave me price information and everything, i asked him about the nearest dhl branch for me, he told me about it but when i asked him for their number he couldn't provide it for me (they have to have that
  , and i have commented about it for himself on the phone).
  
  At the end the item that i was going to send was easy to be broken, and they told me that they are not going to give any guarantee for the safety of the item that we were going to send and they made us sign a document about it. Luckily our item arrived to its destination safely.
