The Chomen Lake is located in Horro Guduru (7km to south east from Shambu town), Oromia, Ethiopia. Chomen Lake is surrounded by four districts namely; Horro, Abay Chomen, Guduru and Jimma Geneti. The Chomen Lake have Beautiful area, important wetland (birds, fish). Seasonal small scale irrigations practiced near the lake.
