No fan or aircon, work out bedding, no hot water, mosquitos. The 2 stars are for the staff quality.

Beshale hotel worries collecting money than customer services. The worest customer services experiences in my LIFE The management's doesn't exist SO RUDE WAITRESS & RECEPTIONISTS INCLUDING the security check.

I would have given it four stars before I looked around but now. the place is clean has warm water good food good WiFi and a complimentary breakfast but I wouldn’t eat here it’s very expensive but for the price and the location it’s very good BTW for some odd reason they ask if you’re a foreigner or coming from over seas when you ask for the price I don’t know if they increase the price if you are or not but it was odd!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Otherwise nothing to complain 800 birr wasn’t bad at all.

Stayed here for 24 days. The 2 star is mainly for the overnight staff. Customer service after 8 pm doesn't exist at this place. The irony is even far greater when you see whites and Asians (foreigners) people receive all the best treatment and people of the same origin, Ethiopians receive the worst customer service. I once asked to speak with the manager but the front desk associate blatantly told me "the manager is not here and he is not going to do anything anyway."

If you can afford to pay additional 10 or 20 bucks per night, I urge you to stay at one of the much better quality hotels near bole, but if you are on a budget trip, don't mind noisy rooms and can handle worst customer service, this is your place.

Stayed here for nine days with the wife. I will start with the posetives. The room was relatively clean, most of the stuff were friendly and no issues with water supply and electricity.

The negatives: Relatively expensive restaurant in local terms, few ill behaved stuff (the janitor mourned about cleaning our room, one the receptionist was not friendly, house keeping knocked the door around 9am), you will have to present a piece of paper every morning to get breakfast (they will slip the paper through the door everyday), Parking entry is uneven gravel road not suitable for small car, there is active construction next to the hotel so not a good place to stay during day time.

We left the hotel and checked in to another nearby hotel which has cheaper but bigger room and not so expensive restaurant
