Busy Beer Haus in Addis and for good reason. Wait Staff flowing through the tables with pints and towers of draft beer. Surprisingly good roast chicken.

Spent less than a day as I was granted free transit by Ethiopia Airline.
The food is good, staffs are friendly and the environment is considered safe for a short walk to explore the nearby shoplots and shopping complexes.
If you happen to stay here for a transit like I did, please do spent a time to visit the nearest historical church - Bole Medhane Alem Church. It's just a walking distance from the hotel. I've only got to know this after I left Addis Ababa. -

Tasty beer. Light and strong beer is available in 5/4/3 liters with cheap price. Accepts only Cash.

Room was clean, the staff very pleasant. I couldn't charge my phone because of the difference in electrical socket outlet though. stayed there in transit. I could go there again.

Great German style beer and not great food. Quite expensive for Addis too. Popular for expats and forigners as well as the Addis middle class.

Hotel is clean, be careful with staffs, they want tips and never ask them to hire a taxi/ cab for you. They will cheat you at maximum and they will take to shop where they have commission.

There was a good service and meal but the pungent smell that came after while they were doing something with the brewery, it was nasty. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

This place is the number 1 spot for those that truly enjoy beer. Has enough parking space. It is also just a 5 minutes walking distance from public transport.

Mixed public. Sports on the screens. Good variety of beers and snacks. Also popular with local middle class. Metal detectors. Facilities are adequate.

Simple and neat. The staff is cool, speaks English and can provide tips and tricks for your stay. It worked me.

Their grilled chicken is a favorite. Bar ambience could be better but there is no music and it's usually filled with older folks. They brewed two beers when I was there, an amber ale and a blonde. Both were very good. I think it's a very chill place to grab a few cold ones and hang out. They have another area outside the bar which is traditionally designed as huts, where people could smoke and watch sports. Probably would have given it a 5 if they maybe brewed a couple more beers (stout) and if they renovated their bar area. They also appeared to be slightly understaffed when I was there. Also Good Luck finding parking!!!

Hotel is in a lively location in town. Decent restaurant and a brewery downstairs. Elevator works well but corridors don't have motion sensors so you have to switch lights on yourself to find your way when its dark. Pickup bus available and card is accepted here.

Their pub has some great draught beers. They brew on premise three varieties, a Blondy, ebony (dark) lagers and an Addis pale ale (their version of an IPA) food is awesome too.. loved their roast chicken the most.

One of my favorite places to go to get a bite or grab a beer with friends. There is free Wi-Fi if you want it and they also show soccer matches great atmosphere in general. There food is really good I strongly suggest there fried chicken! There is how ever a bit of a wait when you order usually because lots of other orders but we'll worth the wait.
