  I went to this branch to get the information on how to create a save box account, it was 12:40 when I arrived, security told me to wait until 1:00 p.m. because the obligated person was at lunch. He was 15 minutes late when he came back, called Ato Anberber. I wasn't so upset that he was late, but all other stuff on the bench were so rude and hectic as to give information, even directions to that man. After all, Ato Anberber noticed my facial disappointment and literally said (ምሳ ሰዓት መጥተህ ቆጣ ቆጣ አትበል: ስቀን እንድናስተናድህ ከፈለግክ ለሌላ ጊዜ በጠዋት ና meaning that he said, don't come at this time if you want good customer service, smiles are available only at morning shifts.) I heard that Awash Bank is the best bank before visiting the branch, now I say that Awash is the worst bank.

  People everywhere in the world send money to their account and a delay occurs in depositing about a month, and we do not know the reason for the delay, and we encounter many problems because of this delay.
