This medical center is horrible. I highly suggest you seek assistance else where. Went to get their service for a medical that needed to be submitted to the US embassy. They tried to reschedule us twice and tried to school us on how the embassy works. It is not their business to tell us how things work at the embassy but to have the medical result ready and submitted according to the time frame they said they would complete it. They keep delaying until your interview date and receptionist Tigist was very helpful after a lot of back and forth. But, Dr. Maeida Oumer Hussen was exceptionally rude. She had an attitude and very unprofessional all she wanted to do was get rid of us did not want to hear what we wanted to say. She told me there was no higher person that we can speak to which is why I'm doing this review so save your money and go else where. Once they get your money they will reschedule you until your appointment day to get the results and get it submitted. Their excuse is that it doesn't make any difference whether the medical is ready for the interview or not the embassy will accept when its ready and my thin g is do your job if you say you will have things ready in a week have it ready.

The most unreliable center for sensitive appointments like the US embassy. They just don't care about anyone once they receive their payment.
