  Lovely hotel apartment, spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful staff. Great location within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the city. No restaurant in the hotel for evening meals but plenty of places to eat close by.
  
  Thanks to the location, at the same time central and quiet, and to the excellent service delivered to our Guests, aligned to the highest international standards, the Alexandria, represents the ideal place to stay in Addis.

  I have travelled to many countries and I always appreciate clean, quite and affordable places and here I found not only what I was looking for but also a well secured and convenient location that I don’t have to take taxis to go to restaurants or buy my groceries. All what I need is within a walking distance. You have also the option to rent the classical type apartments as well as modern well furnished apartments depending on your choice. I have enjoyed my stay at Alexandria and I am very happy to recommend to anyone and to go and look.

  Stayed here for a project duration. Minutes from supermarkets and restaurants. Very clean rooms and sevice was outstanding.

  I was referred by an existing tenant and the new apartments are very nice and the furniture and fixtures are of high quality, and the location is ofcourse the best.

  Offensively rude manager!
  I don’t even know where to start. I agree with the few reviews. The guy is offensively rude, racist and arrogant. This guy has no concept of customer service and politeness and needs a series of training. You cannot treat your customers with disrespect and expect to stay in business. If you want your business to thrive, please resign and have someone with the knowledge and decency manage the apartment!
  
  What makes a place luxury is not the bricks of wall, it’s the service that comes with it. The local coffee shops provide way better customer service than this place.

  High ceiling beautiful apartments in the best part of Addis. Very clean and secured. Definitely this is the best apartment in town.

  Absolutely disrespectful manager. I went to ask if there is a unit for rent. He looked at me and immediately said I can't afford paying 90,000 birr/month (about 3300 dollars) without knowing me. I can afford that price, but it is very overpriced anyways. You can definitely find a NICER apartment in the neighborhood for much cheaper - that's besides the point. He said something to the effect of "only foreigners here" and completely dismissed me and walked away from our conversation. It doesn't matter how nice a place is if the manager will disrespect you - especially without even knowing who you are.

  The Management replied to this comment. While I do appreciate the prompt response, please don't discredit my experience by saying I didn't visit or contact you.
  I posted my original comment on the day I attempted to visit and was driven away from your building.
  I do appreciate the apology and I really would like to check out the place. But how do I know that I will not be met with the same disrespectful experience again if I accept your invitation to come and visit the place?

  I have been a customer for many years and I always come back to the same place whenever I am in Addis. Go visit yourself and see how it is clean, quite and the best place to stay in.
