  Clean spacious room. Big comfortable bed. The food from its restaurant is good but the breakfast buffet was that not great - less variety. Very friendly staff but not well trained regarding language. All in all I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

  I have stayed in many locals operated hotels in Addis. There is usually some problems with hot water or the shower leaks water on the floor or the bed is not comfortable. Some times there is a difficulty getting the price right. For example the desk person may say the price is $80 when the resident price is actually 800 ETB. This hotel had none of this problems! Very surprised with the service and price.

  - Arrival, porters, valets and baggage handlers at your disposal
  - The ground floor of the hotel has a 24-hour reception, a very nice bar, a sitting area (leather sofa) and a dining room.
  - Access to the room is made by the accessor
  - Secure room with a card system, inside the room all equiped
  - Room service daily
  - breakfast recommended, a rich buffet (fruit, pancake, salted, sweet ..cofee)
  - room service available
  - the restaurant of the hotel: diverse menu composed of fresh product (even french fries ..)
  
  Staff :
  - owner of the hotel in our care, welcoming
  - the staff is qualified, smiling and listening
  
  Location of the hotel perfect 2 km from bole, a train station a stone's throw away.
  Very calm place and secured a guard present jur and night
  
  MOST :
  
  The hotel has a very nice terrace, and a flower garden
  EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE HOUSE ON A VERY NICE MOUNTAIN

  Un excellent hotel, tout ce dont vous avez besoin (porte bagages à votre arrivée, voiturier, serveur, cuisinier etc) avec en plus un personnel tres chaleureux.
  Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, les lits sont tres confortables, la douche de notre chambre vraiment ideale, et meme la nourriture du restaurant est tres bonne.
  A ce prix la en France nous aurions du payer 200 euros la nuit au minimum. Donc une super experience dans un hotel haut de gamme pour un petit prix.
