Good place to stay..close to the airport.staffs are very friendlybut for phone calls you need to come down to the reception..only intercom works..I have requested a delux smoking room through email one month back and they agreed..when i checked in they told me that there is no smoking room available in this property!!Overall I will give 3 star..!!

This place is amazing, I stayed in over 10 hotels in Addis Ababa and there is no comparison. Personally it should be more expensive, but that's just me. Rooms are well decorated, restaurant is flawless, view is impeccable and most of all the staff is arguably the best in the entire world (my experience in more than 32 countries). The employees make the hotel the best, in my opinion.
