We were travelling in Spain with our Dutch Dethleffs motorhome. On Friday May 11th, suddenly our onboard battery went completely down. We called Joy Caravaning for help; luckily we could talk in English :-) . There was a possibility to help us that same day and yes, the battery could be replaced by a same one. So we wouldn't have to wait the whole weekend and we could continue our journey the same day.
So, Joy Caravaning, thanks again for the pleasant welcome and your immediate help.

Their caravans are spacious new and very clean. They look like they came straight from the dealer! The attention is very pleasant, from the moment you contract with them it is very personalized and close since they take care that your trip is successful at all the stops to your destination. I recommend it and we will repeat!

What a fantastic company. We lost our roof light in some very gusty winds on a Sunday night. Monday morning we phoned Joy caravanning and they saw us within the hour and refitted a new one. Family run business offering great service, highly recommended.

Hace años que sonábamos con hacer un viaje en autocaravana y por fin nos decidimos! Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiremos.
