Saray has been amazing after a year of pain from sciatica / piriformas after trying physio (very little improvement); chiropractor ( helped but not solved) acupuncture and message has been a blessing after 3rd appointment started feeling a an improvement after 5 more movement less pain after 7 .. wow .. 2 great weeks ..walking more , can sit for longer , less medication and back at yoga .. from a year where I spent most of time on floor ..this is such relief ..hope 🙏🏻🥰 A huge thank you saray .

I went for reflexology twice a week from 37 weeks pregnant with Saray In Zenia Natural. As this was my second pregnancy I was open minded to try new methods to help with the labour and delivery of my son. Reflexology really helped me to relax and prepare for the birth. Saray was brillant, not only with the reflexology but with all her tips for keeping calm and relaxed. The birth was so much faster and more controlled! I would definitely recommend it to pregnant woman before birth! Thank you Saray for all your help 😘😘

Large selection of products. Very servicemindedor was it salesminded? Was recommended a cream for a woundgot a small test packagefortunately i did not buy a whole tube. The cream made the wound worse. I got help at the Farmacia instead. More safe to buy muesli, nuts etc at the herb shop?!
