Something that used to cost € 240 now costs € 2000 with higher limits!
Old users are enemies to be defeated. Every way to eliminate them hoping that they pay 100 times the price they paid before.
Customer service responds with a continuous copy and paste: you can no longer renew your plan. You have to pay 100 times if you want to be our customer now.

Be careful before trusting them with your money and building a business on their plugins. Surprises are around the corner.

P.s. Based in Tenerife, who knows why? I understand that they are in a completely different place ;-)

Scammers and thieves! They do not want to cancel the "order" which was automatically completed without my consent! Automatic license renewal is selected without the knowledge of the buyer! They took money from my credit card without my knowledge and consent and do not want to cancel this order. Total thief! I will report this to the appropriate court and bodies of the European Union. The store doesn't care that you don't use this product anymore, and you don't need it anymore, because you bought it for your customer's project once. This is not a pro-consumer attitude. Don't buy in this store!

Total SCAM, stay away from this company

I purchased the anual license for YITH subscription, a plugin that promisses to sell subscriptions on your website integrating with another one of their paypal payment plugins, that promises to receive payments without leaving the website, with a pop up and that customers can pay with a credit card without a Paypal account.

After 2 months going back and forth with their terrible and slow support team (usually 1 bad answer per day, sometimes takes 3 days for them to answer) trying to make the plugin work they finally told me that Paypal has a limitation and that these features don't work. That I needed to configure the subscriptions in Paypal and when that the payment process would be through Paypal's payment page, not mine, and that customers would need to have a Paypal account to make the payment.

As this terrible solution doesn't work for me, is not what I purchased, and made me postpone the launch of my business for a few weeks, generating me losses, I asked for my money back so I could hire another solution. The refund was denied by the company, that offered store credits in return and keep saying there is nothing they can do.

This company is selling a product they do not have, complete scam!

I discovered this company because a friend who works with WooCommerce uses it a lot. I ended up falling in love with them.
All of them are super friendly and ready to help you. The support is one of the best of the market, my previous mistakes taught me this:D
The product range is inmmense and they are always growing up!
