  Personalized and pleasant treatment from the first moment. Entertaining, dynamic and very fun classes always adapted to the needs of the students according to their possibilities / physical conditions.
  
  After more than 3 years as a student at the center, I can say that they are all very good coaches and great professionals.
  
  Another point in favor is that they have long class hours that can be chosen interchangeably with the monthly payment, so I can always adjust my schedule to go to train.

  The best decision I made 8 years ago was to put myself in the hands of Javi to help me improve my physical shape and my problems with my lower back. During these years I have gone through many vital phases and it is not only my physical health, but also my mental one that helps me take care of it. Javi and the entire Wellness team make you feel at home, for me it is a safe place. Thank you.
