  We had been with the same administrator for many years and we had not been happy with the cleaning or maintenance we had for a long time. In Vivenza they told us that they, in addition to managing the community, had agreements with service companies that work well so we decided to change. Well, it is the best we have been able to do, the fee is the same as before, but the services and attention have no point of comparison.

  My experience in our community has been dire. They only put interest to collect. They do not solve problems, defaults, neglect, do not comply DECEIVED we feel. I do NOT recommend it to anyone. And we are not the only community with problems, in the end we switched to another. The comments I read CAN'T BELIEVE THEM.
