Absolutely incredible hotel. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous facilities, and stunning views. Even though everything in Puigcerdá is within walking distance, you really couldn't be more centrally located here. Speaking of walking, there's a picturesque pond right next door if you want a nice stroll after breakfast. If there was any drawback, it would be that they still use physical keys and only give out one. Otherwise, this was a pretty perfect stay.

What an unexpected find! Lovely hotel in a great location - really beautiful. Well furnished, warm welcome and a great little spa with massage service. A perfect base to explore the area.

Very good hotel in general. It has a unique location next to a beautiful lake downtown puigcerda, with views to it even from the restaurant. This makes eating there a unique experience. The food is probabliy slightly overpriced but the quality of the service makes up for a big part of it. Beautiful hotel, cozy and practical rooms. The hotel also has an spa, it is not the best one i've seen but its something to appreciate. Very chill city in both senses. Jag njuter it was very nice i would repeat it 10/10 to eat in that very nice restaurant and probably do that spa again, or just walk across the garden which was also very relaxing and beautiful. The area is nice and you can do plenty of activities in the city and also outside of it. I do not regret going there my dudes.

An overall review would be: is an expensive hotel vs what they offer where they don't give you what you order.
The situation of the hotel is kindly close to the center and just next to the town lake.
The heat in the building and inside our room (we couldn't control it) made it an uncomfortable place to be.
Water from the shower stopped suddenly everytime we used it, even when washing our hands it had cuts.
About the spa, it was nice. We had to wait half naked at the entrance because we didn't know how it worked until a customer that was leaving entered to warn an staff employee, she showed up like 15 minutes later. Overcrowded as expected on these days but fine as it is.
We asked for 1 big bed and they supplied 2 separated beds united by sheets. This is something every guest hates.

Wonderful hotel with a great location. The restaurant is a bit pricey but everything is quite nice. The spa is great to relax and the area around the hotel is great for walks and sight seeing.
