Edited: Finally they returned the amount of the product and shipping costs. They sent the courier company to collect the order.
I raise the rating, but I had a hard time fighting it.

Bad experience.

In case it helps buyers of masks. I have bought two XS masks for my children, identified and described on the web as a children's size. I get the adult size S at home, and obviously they are huge. I proceed to contact the seller for a return or exchange due to an error in the shipment and they tell me that they will make an exception because these products cannot be exchanged, I remember that it was the seller's error, and that they accept the return but that I will take care of shipping costs. Mask € 4.15, shipping costs € 4.95

Nothing recommended for buying online, if they make a mistake in the order they will have to pay the return.

There are alternatives that manage the same mask brand much better, and the sizes clearly, without cheating. You just have to do a little googling.
