More than 2 hours waiting for you to be treated and they tell you that they are collapsed. When you finally walk in, ALL the nurses are giggling, laughing and only two patients. WHAT COLLAPSE? You call them for anything and they are upset because you interrupt their gossip. Appalling. I do not know why I pay insurance, even the public health system that is really full, they serve you faster.
The receptionists (two curly-haired girls) are real ruffians, they don't help you at all and they treat you awful.
I think they should watch the attention to the public at the reception desk, an endless line of patients waiting and the girls at the counter deciding what time each one goes to have breakfast. A boy at a table near the counter, attending to his mobile phone, and some workers fixing cables on a ceiling, without cordoning off the area and with an impressive burning smell. The poorly oriented patient waiting rooms, with their backs to the door and full of noise and traffic of people, professionals and cleaners etc I think that the silence and order that you should observe is not the one that you currently have.
Terrible attention and terrible facilities. All this despite being private. It is not a recommended option.
We went to make them a pcr to be able to travel with a voucher that the insurance company provided us. When we got there despite having an appointment, we had to wait in line for the information window (incomprehensible), then they do not indicate that they accept the voucher, they want to charge us much more and despite the obligation imposed by the government to make the report English prc to be able to travel, they also tell us that they do not. Given this situation, I made a written complaint to which I never received a response.
The times I have been there they have treated me very well
