  Horrible university, slow treatment and lousy administration, it seems that they are annoyed that you make them work. I recommend you go outside to study or get into the private.

  Management is lousy and slow. The administrator is completely rude who speaks to you with an air of superiority and with a tremendous lack of respect.
  I don't know how they don't look ashamed at having such a person working there.

  Administrative and educational mismanagement. The administrative part has neither a minimum of education nor concern to solve the problems. On the other hand, the teachers and the educational team have no intention that you learn or that you have the motivation to study what you like. They don't like their work and live bitter
