  Supplied us with a double bed when we requested twin beds, and refused to change them.
  And did not respond to emails after our stay asking if we left an expensive item behind in our room.

  Bennikassim is classy and great. Certainly worth a visit. Hotel rather overpriced copaired to other hotels in the same price range but in different towns.
