It’s a pity that google does not let to rate 7 stars. My partnership with Tenani lasts for six years now. It is the best agency out of all I have ever cooperated with before. With their help I was able to rent two flats, which ideally fit with my requests. We recently moved to Madrid and were extremely fortunate to have come across Tenani Real Estate Services.

As expats, we didn’t have the slightest clue initially as to how the renting scene works in Spain, registration, required documentation, setting up advance escrow (Aval), utilities, banking for expats where Avales could be set up, etc etc (the list goes on and on, I assure you.)

Not only did they liase with the landlords on our behalf, they went to kind lengths to assist us with sourcing utility companies, transferring names and banking, among other things.

Agustin Tenani himself, who speaks just as excellent English as he does Spanish, and is one of the most professional, kind and supportive people I have ever met in real estate, personally escorted us around the area, showed us the house we were interested in and meticulously briefed us on every single detail about the house and what we needed to do in order to secure it as first time renters in Spain.

The Tenani family’s assistance in practically every aspect of renting for the first time as an expat in Spain, was the sole reason we were able to spend more time moving and less time worrying about other things related to the actual move.

Their professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, politeness and kindness towards us was phenomenal, and even to this day they are just as fast and efficient in attending to queries as they were back when they were being paid to help! This for me is the mark of true professionals, customer care both before and after services rendered.

If you’re an expat considering a move to somewhere in the northern Madrid suburbs, I highly highly highly recommend you give them a call - it is indeed safe to say that they are THE best real estate agency in Madrid where you get infinitely more service than simply sourcing a property to live in.

Since our family moved to Tres Cantos, we have been clients of Tenani Servicios Inmobilarios . They were always available, responded to our needs & emergencies quickly and provided the contacts for the whole range of local handyman services. At the begging we didn't speak Castellano, so it was very important for us that we could communicate in English , which wasn't a problem, thanks to Agustin. I would highly recommend their services to any expat or newcomer's family who is looking for the long term rentals in this area .

We are an Irish family living in Tres Cantos. When we moved to Madrid 5 years ago, Agustin from Tenani found us a wonderful apartment, and he has looked after us so professionally ever since, recently organising for the renewal of our lease.
