I had a bad initial experience with this Company but it is fair to recognize that the attitude of its owner named Guillermo makes me rectify. Once he heard about my case, he contacted me directly explaining in detail the causes that had caused my disgust, telling me the truth of what happened and apologizing that I accept very willingly, as well as offering me the technical service with total promptness and at zero cost to alleviate my initial discomfort, something that has been fulfilled in its just terms. The technician immediately went to my domicile and showed his good work and giving, with all kindness, answer to the technical questions asked.
It is to value very positively the good work of entrepreneurs like Guillermo, whom I do not know personally, who do the impossible to stop the flag of their Company.
