Great experience! Staff is very nice and speaks very good English. Getting there can be a bit tricky

Ever since I got my license here, I have to come back whenever possible. Cool staff, "family" atmosphere no matter if you are a total rookie or a skygod. Safety is of their utmost importance, nevertheless you get all the fun!
Everybody is very helpful at all times, you can even bother the Manifest ladies from time to time if you urgently need to get on a load.
The packers do an excellent job in basically no time, like lightening fast.
Prices and packages are also quite competitive and much lower than in Austria or Germany (roughly 25%).
The instructors (which do also the Tandem stuff) are super-professional and ensure that everything goes as planned.
And I have to disagree with the bloke below, that said that "Victor" would be rude. - Mate, there might have been a misunderstanding in his attitude, but I guess, like everybody else on the planet, one would expect that a Tandem Master has several hundreds of jumps so a "I'm doing it the first time" can be nothing else but a joke.
And let me tell you, when my GF did her first Tandem Jump lately at their Sister DZ in Portugal, guess what, the Tandem Master also told her, that it would be his first Tandem Jump. And my GF, little bit afraid of flying was cheered up and had a great time. By the way, it's not nice to blame people personal in public.

Staff is friendly and professional, they have a restaurant which serves decent American food, my instructor was great but my friend had a bad experience because his instructor was rude, 100 euros for photos is a bit too expensive. Zindagi naa milegi dobara!

Visited the place this week with my family. They're a well organised group of professionals but I want to talk about two instructors in particular.
My mother was adamant she wouldn't do it but we persuaded her and she went ahead with it. She got a guy called Dave. He was very friendly and my mother was confident about it after he guided her. She ended up loving the experience and had the most fun out of us. She was also willing to jump again. So a big shout out for Dave. He's probably their best.
I was guided by an irritated gentleman, Victor. I didn't even know his name until we finished everything and i got my certificate with his name on it. He was very rude and uninterested. Totally spoilt this first experience for me which i was very excited about. While he was putting on my harness i asked him if it was loose because i felt it was. He replies rudely with sarcasm, "yes it is coz it's the first time I'm doing it"! I was stunned. There was not a single piece of conversation except for his rude, loud orders. In the flight he was forcing on the eye wear, pulling my head from the back and literally punching on my shoulder coz i forgot to move my hand which doesn't even make a difference. We landed and he did his stuff and walked off. This guy should be fired or sent for counseling. Totally spoilt the experience for me.
5 stars for Dave.
0 for Victor. Don't go with him if you're going to this company.

Went many years ago as a young lad, had an instructor called Andy Lovemore. He was the rudest person I have ever met in my life, he entirely ruined the experience of skydiving for me, he put his hands on me on the ground and hit me under the chin supposedly to tell me to keep my head up in the air, this was just nonsense he is quite simply a bully, I thought it was just me until I went to Hibaldstow and heard people completely unsolicited talking about what an idiot he is, again I thought maybe that's an another anomaly, then I went to black knights in Lancaster and they were talking about him there, he is universally hated everywhere, I am 30 now and looking forward to bumping into him again to see what he has to say then. But as far as skydiving goes, I was put off permanently you are nervous enough without having a bully on your back especially as a youngster, and especially when they have thousands of your pounds over their counter, in those days I didn't know how to handle it. The positives of the place we're a guy called Ian Cashman who they sacked, and a guy called Aaron Faith who really helped me. But I still blame the company for employing him, if everyone everywhere hates him, then why have him where people are trying to enjoy themselves. They won't see a penny from me, and like I said I m ready for our reunion.
