Fatal, unpresentable. They charged almost 200 euros for putting two pieces and at no time did they inform you of the price. It seems good to me that they charge for labor and transportation. But charging what a new thermos can cost seems unfortunate to me. Before putting the pieces, to avoid this, why not consult the customer?

Very friendly treatment, but when issuing an invoice, the price of the spare parts is invented. Multiply by 2-3 the price and for a drain pump and a belt, whose original replacement price does not exceed € 80/90, charges € 170! Also the work hour charges € 80! We were left in doubt if I really use original spare parts or if there also tries to deceive .. After confronting him with reality, he insulted us and threatened “if I see you, I will face you!”. It is better to buy a new washing machine than to repair it with this technical service. I do not recommend at all.
