Very little formality. I made an appointment on a Friday so they could come to fix my washing machine, they gave it to me for the following Wednesday but they told me they would call me earlier if they could come in. I called on Tuesday afternoon, they answered that the technician would call me. On Wednesday, seeing that nobody called me, I called again. The appointment is delayed to Thursday, waiting for the technician who will call me to confirm it
It seems incredible that a brand with this prestige leaves the technical service to anyone.

You have to phone first. So you phone and get 4 options. No matter which one you try, and how often, not one of them is ever available. You therefore cannot get any service here and need to look elsewhere.
