An impeccable service. We decided to hire Rossini's giant paellas to celebrate our post-wedding at a Toledo estate in September 2019 and we couldn't have chosen better!
From the beginning the communication was easy and fluid, although we organized everything from another continent. On the day of the event, everything came out by mouth. They mounted everything without us knowing, and the tables and umbrellas were perfect. The paella for 130 guests was delicious, everyone told us how good it was! But the good quality was not exclusive to the food, but the service also exceeded our expectations. Eduardo and his team did much more than was expected of them. On some occasions things were missing or a problem arose that was not directly related to them and yet they took the initiative to solve it, and all in an invisible way without anyone noticing.
We have been very happy with Rossini, with the service, with the food and with the price! 100% recommended.
The only thing that could improve is that they had more umbrellas. They have a limited number and we could not cover all the tables, so some guests had to eat under the sun and very hot.

Spectacular service !! We were very happy with the food and the staff. They have a very extensive menu. They were very attentive at all times and with a very competent quality and price. We will repeat without hesitation !! 100% recommendable!!
