Veníamos sólo a almorzar y nos sorprendieron con un espectáculo de sabores, aromas y texturas de la provincia de Sevilla. En un ambiente cálido y atendidos de manera impecable por el personal del local, disfrutamos de entrantes tradicionales con un toque de innovación, un cochinillo que todo el mundo debería probar antes de irse a otro mundo, por si acaso allí no lo sirven y postres que te transportan a las fiestas de la primavera sevillana. No faltó el factor sorpresa, con flores y velas comestibles. Volveremos, sin duda.

If you're a foodie you must tey this place! My wife and I were visiting Spain for the first time and spent our first four nights in Madrid enjoying the vibrant foodie scene there. On the fifth day we took the train to Seville and had no reservations for any meals upon arrival. That first night was a Friday so all of the best spots recommended by various outlets were booked. Our hotel concierge suggested Ispal as a new place he had heard good things about but couldn't personally vouch for, and upon return to our hotel after dinner we couldn't wait to tell him to start recommending Ispal to everyone. We ordered the tasting menu for both of us but asked if they could modify the meatier courses for my wife who does not eat red meat while keeping to the script for my carnivorous self. The server did not bat an eye, the chef worked out clever and delicious solutions, and the entire production was seamless. Each course and any modifications were precisely described and delivered as if it was no trouble at all. It wasn't busy, so I wouldn't count on that flexibility in general, but it is an indication of just how sharp and attentive their team is. Neat vibe, awesome service, spectacular food. Do it!

Fantastic restaurant that specializes in organic dishes made from ingredients local to Seville. I specially recommend the menu dégustation that offer a tastes of wide variety of different dishes. Don't forget the edible candle made out of delicious olive oil!

Tiene un menú de 3 tapas generosas , bebida y postre por 8,50 de lunes a sábado . Para amenizar traen unas olivas y el personal un trato cercano y agradable . Recomendable . La tapa de solomillo al whisky realmente excelente. A 30 metros de una parada del tren ligero.
