We took a starter called "Salmorejo con virutas de Jamon Iberico". But there was no virutas de Jamon Ibérico. So wherever you go ask first. I didn't wanted start the night in Toledo complaining so we didn't order nothing else and we went out.

Que no se llame nadie a engaño. Las cuatro estrellas de la valoración corresponden en un 80% al entorno. El sitio parece sacado de un folleto, espectacular la terraza y el aspecto interior del local. La comida y el servicio, normalitos nada más. Pero, oye, hay que ir.

This is an excellent place for tourists and for those who just want to be tucked away in a little cloistered setting. Although it is on a main street and there is a little traffic noise, you forget it all when you're sitting in the walled garden, enjoying the scenery and peacefulness. The hotel was.actually the former residence.of a cardinal, thus the name. There is a feeling of history here and of old Spain. Just around the corner are a series of escalators that take you up to the old city. And at the end of the day you come back to a place with quiet nooks everywhere, a fine restaurant, a great little bar and a feeling of stepping back in time. We want to come back and spend at least four days here, reserving one day just to enjoy the hacienda itself .

Lugar de celebración del enlace nupcial de mi sobrina. Entorno espectacular, dentro de un recinto amurallado con sabor medieval. El cóctel excepcional, de calidad y con un servicio amable y profesional. El hotel, quizás necesitaría alguna reforma, pero por la relación calidad-precio, de lo mejor que se pueda encontrar. La temperatura fue maravillosa, así que mi sobrina siempre podrá decir, que su boda estuvo genial.

Was very surprised when I arrived here, wasn't expecting it to be so nice. In its own grounds with a lovely garden to sit out in if you so wish plus there is outside dining which we did as the weather is so nice even at 10 at night. Would definitely go again.

Such a fantastic restaurant! The service was great and everything we had was delicious. Even the children's pasta was amazing with the Manchego cheese sauce.
