  Excelente restaurante de cocina tradicional vasca pero con un giro un poco más moderno. No hay que esperar un establecimiento en la línea estática de rancio asador vasco de Madrid siempre solvente; la sala es bonita con una decoración cálida, sobria y moderna, el servicio es excelente y la comida une un producto excepcional a una muy buena cocina, muy solvente. Por supuesto todo lo anterior se paga, pero con satisfacción.

  El menú gastronómico es espléndido. Todos los platos muy muy buenos. El trato es excepcional. Y el local es agradable y acogedor.
  En resumen, un restaurante absolutamente recomendable.

  Excellent raw products cooked with care and refinement. Shellfish is of great quality, so is the fish (kokotxas to die for) and extraordinary meat, specially the tbone.good wide selection and attentive service. A must when in this area of Madrid. Not cheap yet worth every penny

  Great service and great food. I liked how they pay attention into the details when cooking the dishes. If you want to have the apple cake you should order before everything else (they only do it when someone orders it, no frozen stuff or heated up) definitely to go as a date, a celebration or family reunion.
