Our favorite restaurant in El Palmar, the birthplace of paella. Bon Aire is always filled with locals from Valencia, so it's worth booking ahead, especially if you want to sit outside with a nice view of the rice fields. Great bustling atmosphere of people enjoying wonderful food together, great prices, and a friendly staff.

If you're going to have Paella in Valencia, you have to eat here! Friendly service, book ahead and ask for a table facing the water. Highly recommended.

We had chicken an rabbit paella, which was good but not excellent, maybe the fish ones are better. Nice and calm area with view on the rice fields!

In May 2015 we arrived in El Palmar after a long nice bike ride from Valencia city and we discovered Bon Aire.
We had very good paella lunch on advice from the friendly sun of the owner.
Very nice people, no stress , and delicious food for a very good price.

Best Paella in town. Not touristy at all, great prices and authentic food. Service was alright, the waitress seemed overwhelmed by the crowd. They did gave us a table on a busu sunday without reservation though. Much appreciated.
