An incredible lack of organization. The staff is friendly, but this is not enough.

Not recommended. Not very reliable. Problems to maintain the activities that they promised before entering the residence.
They sell it very well but the reality is very different. Little seriousness in the actions with the elderly. Very unhappy because of the lack of rigor and because they made mistakes in the charges several times and they charged us almost € 10,000 in a month. A disaster keeping score. I have a resident relative there. I don't like plant auxiliaries changing. There could be more assistants and no doctor on the weekend. care could be better for the cost paid.
