A few days ago I took my TV so they could give me an estimate, they charged me € 12.50, they watched TV and they told me that the breakdown cost € 120, the man lost my connection cable, the screws on the TV, they were all unadjusted, the screen was out of square. He said that after the € 120 the € 12.50 would be discounted then it did not turn out to be like that but I took my TV without repairing because when they said they did not start treating me in an unfriendly way

I want to make this discovery known to the world. I have an old record player over 50 years old that needed fixing. I took it to a specialized sound site (it even has part of the word in its name) and on old record players. There they told me that it could not be fixed because the capsule no longer existed. My tenacity did not throw away that record player and arrive at this Joaquín repair shop. Here in a week they fixed my turntable by adapting a capsule for this turntable (which amounts to a repair of a lifetime). Thanks to them I have recovered my record player. It only took a week, always calling and telling me the budget and the duration of the repair and above half the price of what was budgeted in any of the other sites asked in the case of having it repaired. They are not specialized in turntables but they have the knowledge and above all the desire that the most specialized in turntables. Shop of those of a lifetime, where repair, customer service and good prices are fought and fought. I was looking in Madrid there are really few places where the turntable could be repaired and many also giving a budget up to 3 times more than what was charged to me for everything in case of being able to repair it, which I already say is in the most specialized site in turntables that I found it was not repaired. If it hadn't been for Joaquín Repairs, my record player could have ended up in the trash perfectly. Thank you, thank you and thank you. I hope I do not have any more breakdowns in any appliance but if I do, I will certainly ask you. Hopefully you will last forever because repairing is also recycling and there are hardly any sites like you, in fact I doubt that there is one like it. Thank you again because thanks to you I can travel back to my childhood every time I listen to vinyl on the turntable again.

My experience with this business is not satisfactory.
I brought him a pyrography machine which did not work due to having a loose wire when the solder came loose.
The answer they gave me is that it could not be fixed because the transformer was tampered with and had burned out.
They did not even have the interest to look at it carefully to realize that the loose wire belonged to the positive of the device.
It was enough to solder it in its correct place. I looked on the internet how to do it and solved it myself.
The personal treatment with the client leaves a lot to be desired.
I felt scolded like a child. I don't have to know about electronics, so I take it to the one who is supposed to be the professional.
I'm sorry to post this bad review but I thought it was one of the few remaining sites that did have an interest in fixing things.response / report this review -
