I need to be fair here. The adults only part of the hotel where we stayed is beautiful. It's has a great range of quality drinks and the food is the best we've ever had at an all inclusive resort and the staff are very friendly and efficient. However, while that's all great, there is very little life and atmosphere. In fact, there is more atmosphere on the moon. The entertainment was mediocre. If you're looking for pure peace & quiet this is for you but if you're a bit more fun loving it's definitely not worth your hard earned cash. A good few people we spoke to found it boring and I'm afraid we have to agree. There are definitely positives but the negatives outweighed them for us.

Loved this hotel, we opted for a swim up room which was perfect. The food and cocktails were great and all the staff were lovely. The cleaner Christina was wonderful, she made our daughter an elephant out of the towel and stuck eyes on it, it was really sweet. We'd definitely return!!

Staff are friendly and hard working. Food is excellent in the Lyra in the Adults only area we never needed to go anywhere else !! We had a roof top terrace with a pool shared with 3 other rooms. We used this area mostly for the peace and quiet but there are plenty of beds and parasols by the adults only pool with a bar and snacks. The room was clean and spacious and cleaned daily at your convenience. The spa is great we didn’t have any treatments but the pools were lovely and a nice break from the gorgeous hot sun. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat. There was also some great entertainment relaxed and enjoyable

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here.

Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable.

The spa is huge and very relaxing.

The adult-only restaurant was exceptional, with a large variety of dishes – all delicious.

However, the best thing about this resort is the staff. They were, without exception, all so friendly and helpful. They work damned hard too. Particular praise has to go to Fabiola in the bar, who was a great laugh and really made our evenings.

We can’t wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful two weeks here and the staff, especially the manager, were very helpful. Food and restaurant service was of a high quality, and unlike some resorts didn’t seem crowded. We had a swim up room in the adult part of the hotel which was ideal for the very hot days. The Spa was fantastic and used most days. Tried the à la carte restaurants and had a good meal in each where service was impeccable. Book these on arrival or you may miss out. We are booked in for another fortnight in October, that is how much we liked the place. Thank you all.
