Promas are a great building company. They are honest hardworking people and do an excellent job on all the homes I've seen, and on time and on budget. They also do fantastic interior designs and 3d models. Highly recommended!

Promas building provided an absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end. The communication was exceptional throughout the project and they were responsive to changes in the planning and execution of the work. All design, building, electrical, plumbing and tiling work was done on time and to a high standard and I am delighted with the results. Most importantly, they seem to have a genuine passion for what they do and go to quite extraordinary lengths to ensure they exceed the clients expectations. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have used Promas to do two large remodelling projects. Both time I have found the service professional and the end result is always of a very high standard.
Andy is always quick to respond and I would not hesitate in recommending Promas for any building project big or small.

Testimonial: We met Andy about 18 months ago after researching which company in Marbella would be capable of refurbishing our new holiday home in Spain. Andy is a true gentleman and his work force are a credit to him and his business. We would fully recommend Andy for any building project as he is both engaging and knowledgeable as are all of his subcontractors. Our experience was incredible and the outcome even better. The product and finish is second to none and this is coming from a very knowledgeable client with 30 plus years as a chartered structural and chartered building and civil engineer who has worked all over the world and has also knowledge of costs and design.
Andy is now a friend and someone we respect.

I can't say enough positive words about this experience. The transformation of my bathroom and bedroom is stunning.
I hit it off with Andy on our first meeting. My bathroom was old-fashioned, dark and without any external light. His talent, advice, professionalism and brilliant solutions were valuable. After the renovations it is a showplace! I gave him the keys of my apartment and left the country. Andy and his team at ProMas created 2 amazing bright shower rooms from 1 old bathroom. He kept me informed of unforeseen challenges to which he miraculously found solutions and regularly sent me photos.
The wooden floor in my bedroom is such a change.
A couple of weeks later I returned to Marbella. The work was done on time, on budget and all debris was carefullly removed.
I want to thank Andy and his team for doing a super job and would highly recommend them.
