Just got back from a short stay at Port Vista Ora. Hotel is ok have to say very clean however the view from our room was a brick wall but rarely in the room as the weather has been so great! Food was lovely and I am quite fussy! My only real negative was the Spanish people staying in the hotel! It was predominantly catered for them! They where very rude one lady even pushed us out of the way. To be honest it has made to not want to visit Spain again! Many people we have spoken to within the hotel have had the same experience with the Spanish! However hotel was good and most the staff lovely apart from a miserable bar man!
Would recommend if you don't mind being pushed about by other Spanish guests.response / report this review -

It's OK if u like Spanish food as it caters 4 them if u go all inclusive then the bar closes at 11 the main/only gate 2 the hotel closes at midnight so if u want 2 go in2 the town 4 a night out u will have 2 be back b4 midnight or sleep on a Sun lounger as doors get locked at 12 am. You only get sun at the hotel till half past 1 in the afternoon the pool is that cold even the kids won't go into it as u don't get any sun at the pool. It's the first time my wife and I have stayed in Benidorm.
And when we arrived,We thought oh!!!.
Like being in the centre of Leeds.
With large buildings all around.
So when we went into the port vista oro
We was very pleasantly surprised.
The rooms have everything you need.
Very clean.
The view at the back is different from the front.
The Staff are pleasent,& very helpful.
The pool is a good size.
Bit cold but once in you get used to it.
Breakfasts are divine, loved them.
Food at lunch & Dinner is a mixed affair of different dishes.
With
Cold buffet too.
We enjoyed ourselves immensely
And yes would come again to Benidorm
And yes we would stay at the port vista oro again,but maybe next time not go All inclusive.
As Benidorm is cheap enough.

Spent 1 week with partner and kids, staff are friendly, it's exceptionally well maintained always cleaners about, dining staff are very attentive and friendly, it's close to the beach, there's a 24hr supermarket across the road and it's around 3 to 5 mins walk into the town, a few more to the beach, we would definitely visit again!

Just back from a week at port vista oro hotel. This is my second visit and was fabulous. The hotel is small but very friendly,clean and food was also great.
Only negative was one member of staff who a lot of the guests spoke about being unfriendly . The young girl who was on the bar hut in the afternoon never smiled or spoke to anyone very unusual for the hotel as the rest of the staff were lovely. Maybe some customer care training as she is going. I will definately book here again 😎response / report this review -

Clean, well maintained hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good food. The place was full of discerning and demanding Spanish pensioners when we went in December. This tells you a lot as those are some tough customers to keep happy but they obviously did.
We booked two rooms all inclusive. This really suited our needs with our three kids (12, 10 and 9) in a room down the corridor. Excellent wifi meant the kids had a Netflix session after lunch and we got a few siestas to our selves. The kids could still contact us on Google Hangouts though.response / report this review -

Nice and tidy hotel. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Located in a busy street. Next door is a school that can be noisy sometimes. But sure a recommended hotel in the Benidorm old town center.

I went here with my son for his first holiday never saw him all week he met some great mates .cant fault the hotel apart when we got there but it all got sorted.jason the entertainment brill made us welcome that good we came back again.i also made friends to having a drink watching my son playing so I got free time to.my son wont go anywhere else.we joined in the games there was something doing everyday.clean n tidy rooms towels change every day cant fault the place that good we will be staying again.once again I cant fault jason.
