Had to come here to renew my residencia. Was greeted at the door by a pleasant officer who took my details. As I was an hour early I figured I would sit until my appointment was scheduled. A minute later I was escorted to the desk of another pleasant and friendly officer who promptly renewed my documents and 10 minutes later I was on my way. A completely painless experience and I picked up an hour in my day. Extremely professional and courteous service. I'm baffled by the negative reviews posted about this place. For those who are concerned about such things, a warm welcome was bestowed upon me.

They are so rude and they can not explain properly which documents you have to bring with you, they just show a paper at the door and that is all.

Went there to report car accident and had to come back to hotel to use a telephone for translation. Very long waiting time and no will to catch criminals.
