Bel Hôtel, belle vue sur la mer. Dommage qu'il soit bruyant, les travaux à proximité n'arrangent rien. L'insonorisation des chambres est très moyenne. La sono lors des spectacles est de piètre qualité, dommage encore une fois, on ne comprend pas les explications de l’animateur, ça sature et c'est trop fort. Pas de salle ou coin au calme pour déguster une bière entre amies. La cuisine est médiocre, les sorties resto s'imposent pour découvrir la cuisine locale, pas de café en fin de repas, il devra se prendre dans la salle de spectacle, attention les oreilles ! Heureusement, un personnel à l'écoute et attentionné, une équipe Jet Tour sympathique et dynamique rendre le séjour agréable malgré tout.

My experience in the spa was incredible. The lemon pool smelt like a perfume and I think that I will go to this spa again.

I paid for a stay and invited a friend over.
As I don't use the facilities of the pool they could use it (I asked if it was possible when I ordered)
So when they entered a staff member (young guy. 27 year around ) came to my friend and refused them to enter the facility.
Even when my friend gave him my name the staff member didn't made the effort to search my name in the list he had with him.
I was downstairs at the beach Cabría.
Is this the service of a 4 star hotel?
I paid a lot of money to have a stay and this is how they treat you?
I will never come back to it. I am very disappointed in the service of the hotel.
Neither will I recommend it to my business partners.

Just spent a week all inclusive imperial . The choice of meals could not be faulted, all the staff were excellent. Entertainment every night

Excellent place to visit the Sierra Nevada, Malaga and Granada. Rooms in the hotel are comfortable and big. Restaurant is OK but little to much rumour, there is also a smaller restaurant witch is more quiet. Unpersonel service.
