Until yesterday I had a very good experience, I called to order a taxi from a stop because there was none, 10 minutes pass
and they still do not arrive. A woman told me that if I call from the stop they will make me wait much longer than if I call from the bar located 10 meters away, simply because they get more money from outside a stop. 25 minutes later and after 3 taxis had passed by and none of them caught me, I was able to confirm what that woman explained to me.

My opinion is based on the attention received when requesting a taxi by phone call. The attention received was cordial and in a few minutes I had the taxi on the street that requested it. The taxi driver was friendly at all times and the taxi was in very good condition. The price was agreed to what is charged in almost all sites, even below average. He had several options to pay for the race and he recommended that I download an app to request the service if I wanted to do it online.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Typical tourist trap taxi company. We were charged DOUBLE price for four small backpacks. We tried to argue but the driver was just incredibly rude saying that's how it works here. I had been in Santander many times before and I have never experienced anything like that. We all speak very good Spanish. When I asked for invoice the driver just left. Any company but that. Never again.
