Nice quiet hotel, good position to explore Nerja, its a 15 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa and Nerja centre and a €10 taxi to the Caves of Nerja. The food is ok but limited choice for vegetarians and the Hotel Cafe is also limited and quite expensive for what you get. Rooms are clean and spacious and would benefit from having tea making facilities. I would go back.

Rooms are ok and quite spacious. Close to sea and beach. Avoid the breakfast. It is an absolute disgrace. Bad food, bad coffee and a room like a meeting hall.

A hotel with 4*, which сorresponds to its status. You will not find there your own beach with the chairs, the swimming pool and the rooms are a bit old and you can only get breakfast there (if you payed it when you booked your room or you need to pay every time you go there), lunch and dinner are expensive and don't offer something special. But, there are a lot of fun activities, the staff is really kind, WiFi an da lot of restaurants near by. And, of, course, nice, clean sea.

Rooms being refurbished so we were moved to their building across the road. A disappointing start but the room we got was good. The breakfast is reasonably diverse, most tastes catered for including my asking for soya milk. Nice lounging options. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff.

Lovely place to stay, the staff are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks options are great here and the views are just stunning. Excellent location just a 5 minute walk from restaurants and 10 minute walk from the town centre. I've been here twice and would 100% go again.

In our opinion, definitely not a 4 Star! We stayed in August and paid extra for a sea view.

The rooms sadly have been neglected, cheap laminate peeling away. Fridge wasn’t working so was replaced by a noisy machine which we had to turn off in the end. Bright fire safety lights in the bedroom ensured a challenging night’s sleep. Hallways resembled a teenager’s bedroom that hadn’t seen a hoover for months. Rooms tended to get cleaned late afternoon which isn’t ideal if you have a baby that has an afternoon nap and out of 5 days, we were forgotten twice.

The assistant manager’s response to our concerns was that we “got what we paid for”. This was definitely not the case; we sadly mislead expecting a 4 Star and would really genuinely hope that management would be less argumentative in trying to prove their point. We were eventually offered a discount if we stayed next year, to which we politely declined.
