Javier is a true professional, I have been through many hairdressers before and nothing to see.
I went to two hairdressers to get a balayage done and they all told me that having dark hair that it was impossible, they did everything except balayage on my hair. Horrible experiences!
Until I was recommended to Javiier's hairdresser, unbeatable, attentive and above all professional 100% treatment.
He corrected what they had done to me and I came out with a great style.
I recommend it 100%.

Incredible, after thousands of attempts to get your phone, he gives me an appointment at 16, I arrive at 16.10 juggling, also coming from outside and tells me that it is too late and that he does not attend me !! That he has another appointment at 17. Incredible considering that the last time he cut my hair was half an hour because it is only for cutting and removing moisture, not combing!
And all in very bad ways, I tell him that it is only for cutting but nothing that gives him time either. What a smoke
I understand that you want punctuality, as he says for education, but as in everything you have to have some flexibility for education, taking into account that it has been just 10 minutes. I would have notified by phone but I was driving and I don't think I would take the phone either. Besides, it wouldn't have been any good because you can't be a minute late. So you know if one day he makes you wait he won't forgive him
As for your answer
What I was told is that I DIDN'T CARE WITHOUT ANY OTHER OPTION. Do not change now. That it was impossible because there was no time that you had another appointment at 17. When I entered the hairdresser it was 16.10 and I left at 16.12 since you did not attend me despite having tried to explain the reasons.
I only canceled 1 appointment on the same day on December 28, because I was calling the previous two days and nobody picked up the phone despite calling different times.
I have gone twice more. One attended me a girl and another Javier and in the two I have been treated in less than half an hour.
Look at your agenda instead of saying things that are NOT true!

Publicita apertura a las 9.30 pero no es cierto. Le pedí cita en función de dicho horario y me dijo que hasta las 10 no llega, finalmente me dijo que llegara yo sobre las 9.50 "por si él podía llegar", pues yo necesitaba terminar en la peluquería para las 10.45. Llegué a las 10 tras cambiar mis asuntos para no necesitar estar lista a para las 10.45 ya que no me había asegurado la horalo había dejado en que "igual podía".
Me recibió a las 10 atendiendo una llamada de teléfono, con un cortante "no me da tiempo," que yo no entendía pues le dije que había aplazado mis cosas
Me dijo que tenía otra clienta a las 10.30 y que no me podía atender pro esa razón. Me extraña esto pues pedí la cita el día anterior a última hora y me daba cita a las 10 pues es la hora a la que me dijo que abría, así que no podía tener a nadie a las 10.30 pues no habría podido terminar conmigo ya que, según me dijo, necesitaba 45 minutos.
Un desagradable que ni siquiera dejo de atender el teléfono cuando yo llegué.
Un desagradable que insistió en decirme que me había confirmado a las 9.50, cuando lo dejo en un "estate a esa hora por si yo llego"
Un desagradable con fama de desagradable y que yo he podido comprobar.
Un desagradable como la mayoría de la gente en esta ciudad.
