They repost posting from owners online and then charge you a months rent even though all they did was find the same posting that is available from the owner without a fee. Try finding the postings of the owners online at fotocasa. They will also give false addresses so that you don't find the same posting.

Just arrived in Barcelona, it was the first agency among many to offer me livable apartments at reasonable prices! The girl who followed us was very quiet and did not make us uncomfortable and the manager also helped us with documents that we had not yet requested. It was easy to understand each other even if we didn't speak Spanish!

The worst agency I have seen. Went there because they have ad on the display. The guy was so rude as he was arguing with gf lolz should keep work and personal life separate. Anyhow hold the fone and asked me what I want ,wasn't even finished and told me we don't have any house. Lol I said please remove the fake ad and went out. Not helping instead tenocasa is way better.
