We have just had the flooring and skirting board installed throughout the house.
Everything has turned out very well and it has been very fast both in coming to give us a budget, also in the installation date and finally the execution.
We have been very satisfied and we will certainly recommend them.

Budget given in my house very different from the one received by mail.

We went to this company due to the good review it had on Google. Big mistake.
The installer visits us, meter in hand, to give us an estimate for the installation. He leaves our house with the word budget, so that they can send us the writing by mail. The budget that he gave me at my address was VAT included, so I asked him and he answered affirmatively. So far everything seemed to be going well and we were determined to carry out the work with this company. So much so, that we went to their offices to choose the material. To say that the attention received from Vanesa was at all times very professional, with very good advice, everything is said
So far, everything perfect.
The surprise comes when I receive the budget in writing, since I see that VAT was not included in the price that he initially gave me at my address and that there was a variation of another 50 euros due to his error. I speak with the installer and he tells me that the price was plus VAT. I inform him that I do not agree since that is not what he had told me at home (neither they nor we would have wasted our time. The price that was initially given to me was VAT included) and that he would call me later He also told me that another 100 euros had to be added to the budget to glue a couple of slats in a room (I'm left in check.) After calling him, not picking up the phone and not returning the call, I answer the budget email saying that in the face of a total lack of communication and trust with the installer, we were not going to carry out the work with his company.
This was on a Wednesday at 9pm.
Well, on Friday at 9 in the morning they show up at my home for the installation. My wife couldn't believe it when they knocked on the doorman It seems that they hadn't been informed that we had rejected the budget.
If the communication with the client is bad, between them it seems that it is not very good either. I did not like at all the attitude of the installer and the ways in which he addressed me. Anyway, luckily I found a very professional company, we left things very clear from the beginning and in writing so as not to get unpleasant surprises and I already have the platform installed in my house, with VAT and 100 euros cheaper.
This has been our bad experience with Recio flooring.

The sanding and varnishing work they did on my parquet was excellent, there are no flaws or poorly done finishes and the varnish covers everything perfectly. They were recommended to me by a friend who had the parquet slashed, sanded and varnished and now that I have more time, I wanted to give you this review. Recommended.

When changing a door in my house, I needed a parquet board. I went to Recio Fernández and they gave it to me without any problem. They have not charged me anything for the table. Very nice. I will certainly take them into account when stabbing and varnishing the parquet.

We have been very satisfied with the installation of a laminate flooring on the floor of our home. The operators have been very professional, fast in the assembly, with a perfect finish on the skirting boards and the installed flooring seems to be a single piece since not a single joint is noticeable. We were looking at the possibility of installing other systems such as floating parquet, PVC click vinyl flooring and other types of platforms, but in the end we accepted their advice and the result has been perfect. We are even thinking of putting decking on the garden terrace next to the pool, but we'll leave that for later. Thank you very much, we will trust your work again.
