This is a historic place with Rich history, unique rooms, attentive staff and great food in the restaurant. Please know that the price for wall walking is 10 euro per person. We enjoyed our stay at this Parador

Parador is in great location, staff makes you feel welcome, rooms are autentic and cozy. Restaurant was open for lunch, which is great - the food is also very autentic. The wall, while overpriced, deserves a walk. Do not miss parador's garden!

The terrace is nice for drinks. Pretty landscape. There was a park area in the back that is very picturesque.

Great location right next to the medieval wall and an access point to walk along it. Excellent food in the restaurant and friendly and helpful service throughout the parador. I definitely recommend staying here.

The beautiful city of Avila is a great place to visit. Where else can you find a perfectly preserved walled medieval city in Spain. The Parador of Avila is localed on this wall in the historic district. A great place to stay and eat whether you are visiting the historic city centre or the surrounding countryside. The Parador itselfgreat staffgreat serviceand great food. A must place to go to experience Spanish food and hospitality at its best!

They do 't have an elevator but they have many stairs. They assist with the suitcases, but still, I carried them for checking out. It' s well situated for the city center, but their private parking is very small and narrow.
