Excellent sandy beach, sufficient parking (although I was there in November). Beach extends for miles, your sure to find a spot that suites. In my opinion it's better to park up the hill and walk down to the beach rather than drive right to the front.
Nice place. Quiet. Better place in Mazagón.
Parador de Mazagón is the best place to have a break with your family and friends. In my opinion was an amazing experience. I enjoyed so much. It has a good beach and term water sea. I loved it¡

We stayed here for a few days just before the horrendous forest fire in late June 2017 which caused the hotel to be evacuated. I do not know to what extent the smoke, and possible even the flames, may have affected the hotel, its installations, and its environment.
We went in mid June, and at first we were rather horrified at the environment, as we approached it from Huelva city, which involved mile after mile of petrochemical industries belching out foul smoke. But this soon gave way to lovely pine forests (which may no longer be there) and sand dunes, the whole reminiscent of the Landes forest in SW France.
The hotel room was spacious and well furnished, if a little dated. It's probably worth while paying for the Superior room, which has a more attractive outlook directly on to the gardens.
The gardens, the terraces, the pool were all delightful, and we enjoyed sitting around and reading in them.
I am told by my OH that the beach also was very good; however I did not accompany him, preferring to stay in the gardens. My reluctance was partly because there were no sunshades or sunbeds on the beach, which meant that you had to carry your own down. And back up. Because the major reason was the cliff staircase with 198 steps back up from the beach. If it was hot enough for the beach, I reasoned, it was too hot to climb steps.
The midday and evening meals were excellent, although if you wished to try the local specialities of Jamón de Jabugo or Gambas blancas de Huelva, you had to pay a pretty hefty surcharge on top of the already not cheap menu price. Breakfast was less good; especially annoying was the Cocina en Vivo - the Cook-on-the-spot table, which was all set up with the raw ingredients but never had anyone there cooking for you.
N.B. This hotel is not very good if you have reduced mobility - too many steps at odd places, and the garden paths were a nightmare of uneven stones to trip you.

Went for the beach. Was not disappointed - a stunning spot deep in the Donana. Car park is up the hill but you can drive down to unload first.
Big rooms. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool and right next to the beach
Marvellous parador, great landscape and beach. 2 min away on foot there is an amazing 100 y old pine tree.
One of rhe best places in Mazagón. Wonderful beaches of fine sand in a beautiful landscape
This is my favorite hotel near Mazagon. The pool has a great view of the ocean, the food is great and the rooms are luxurious. I plan to come here every year. And my children love it too.
