This is a new four star hotel complex complete with bar, restaurant, pool, etc etc. It looks amazing.
Our visit however was only for coffee.
We loved the views.
We loved the architecture.
However
It would have been nice to be told by reception that the bar was not open until 11. We arrived at 10:30 and therefore had to just hang around.
Additionally
This is a four star hotel. Coffee, when we finally were shown into the bar was disappointing. It was ok. Not great. It came with a plastic wrapped , miniature bun.
Virtually every bar in Muxia does better than this. At a fraction of the cost.
If the rest of the hotel is only this good I think it must be a bit of a disappointment for guests. It would seem that the hotel is charging for the views on offer rather than service. Not good if it's rainy or foggy but just about passable in the sunshine.
A fantastic place highly recommend nice and clean friendly staff
The Parador near Muxia is by far one of the most spectacular beach venues I have ever seen. There is so much to do and see in the parador and in the surrounding areaincluding Muxia. As always the food staff and service of the parador is first class.
Expectacular
Breath taking scenery!!! A fantastic landscapes and great architecture, but sadly service was average. The barista at the bar had no idea what Negroni cocktail was, the receptionist wasnt friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff were probably at best, but the food and especially desserts were bellow average.
