  We had a wonderful time here. The owner was the most gracious man and so humble. We enjoyed a wonderful duck dinner with him and he welcomed us like family. All his employees were terrific as well. We had a great time seeing the vineyards and Winery. Nico was a great tour guide as well. We hope to someday return and will look for their wines when they someday soon come to America!

  Make sure you call ahead to schedule a tour. We called and we're lucky enough to get a your the same day. We were shown around the vineyard and the barrel room by Vanessa who was very knowledgeable about the family that runs Parés Baltà as well as the entire region around the vineyard. We got to experience several tastes of the organic wines that they produce. An excellent experience and worth the drive up from Sitges or even Barcelona.

  Excelent and inspiring visit. Beautifull wine taste ( 1 cava, 1 white, 2 reds and olive oil).

  We had a guided tour with Maria. She explained us a lot of wines and the winery. It was so amazing and the taste of the wines is so great.

  We loved everything about this place. The biodynamic concept was so charming. Such a plus to our visit. We are currently looking for this wine in Florida!!!

  Great wines! The vineyard is in a beautiful location.
  The wine tasting experience was a very good one. Will try to find their wines in New York.
