  La ubicación excelente y las habitaciones muy completas, limpias y confortables. El trato muy amable de todos los del hotel. La única pega fue la cama que era un poco dura.

  El sitio muy bueno. Pero hay mucho ruido. Se oye ABSOLUTAMENTE lo de las habitaciones que tienes al lado. No lo recomendaría por ese motivo. No hay intimidad.
  Por otro lado pedí una habitación con luz. Y me dieron una habitación muy oscura.

  Tiene todo lo que pido a un hotel. Buena cama y tranquilidad. A mejorar la presión del agua caliente en ciertos momentos y el desayuno (variedad y hora de inicio).

  Perfect location in the center of Avila, rooms very clean and comfortable and staff friendly. The building has a lot of historical interest. Perfect place to stay.

  Great location, 3 min walking anywhere within the walls. The hotel doesn't have elevator nor A/C though.
