Bad experience with the person who runs the store and who is in charge. Bad manners, disregard and contempt for the elderly. I witnessed a very unpleasant situation, far from what is desirable in a trade and much less with those who boast of values of solidarity. I will never go back and break my regular customer card from now on, after many years. Deplorable.
